Committed to the region’s finest ingredients and guided by the seasons, Nick Sharpe cooks deceptively simple, market driven dishes that draw flavor inspiration from the beers of Birch & Barley. We Love Sundays
Brunch at Birch & Barley
11 to 8 p.m. Every Week
Brunch is good, brunch is great. It's surely a meal you shan't waste. That is how we think around here at least, in fact, we've elevated the core Sunday meal into a satiating affair available for nine hours every weekend. Chef Kyle Bailey's restorative, yet cleanly executed cooking matched up with an inventive Bloody or one of our many fine ales available on Sundays - well, it's bound to set the day right.
Reservations available by calling 202.567.2576

Since opening in the fall of 2009, Birch & Barley has been recognized by The Washington Post, The New York Times, Food Arts Magazine and Food & Wine Magazine and was awarded the 2010 RAMMY for Best New Restaurant by the RAMW.
